The compact yet powerful BCS 8-HP Chipper Shredder Bio-100 has a rapid feed rate and can handle up to 3-inch-diameter branches--qualities that few chipper shredders can claim.

The extra punch of the BCS is largely due to the unit’s heavier than usual flywheel. The heavy flywheel’s momentum, coupled with two chipping blades (one moving and one stationary) and 28 flails, chips and shreds the toughest limbs and debris.

Overall construction of the Bio-100 is of heavy gauge steel. The Bio 100 comes with a standard screen of 1-3/8-inch holes installed. Also provided is a set of rods and rollers that allow the operator to vary the size of the discharge according to the wetness of the material being shredded.

BCS also makes a similar PTO version of this chipper/shredder for use with its two-wheel tractor.
